From the Heart of Atlanta—Attorney. Speaker. Wife. Mother. Entrepreneur.
I’ve known my purpose since I was four years old. While other kids dreamed of being astronauts or teachers, I knew I was meant to be an attorney. It wasn’t just a career choice, it was a calling.
That little girl who knew her destiny is now a partner at Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys, fighting for justice with the same fire and determination that first sparked my journey. Every case I take, every client I fight for, every victory I secret are all part of fulfilling that lifelong mission to stand up for those who need a powerful voice in their corner.
As a Black woman in law, I’ve faced my share of challenges. But those challenges have shaped me into the advocate I am today. Someone who understands what it means to fight harder, prepare better, and never back down. When I stand before a judge or face down Fortune 500 companies, I bring not just my legal expertise, but the strength of every obstacle I’ve overcome.
Being a mother of two has only deepened my understanding of what’s at stake in every case. When families come to me after losing a loved one, when survivors seek justice, or when injuries have turned lives upside down, I see more than just legal cases. I see people who need someone in their corner who will fight with both fierce determination and genuine compassion.
Every client who walks through my door deserves more than just legal representation — they deserve someone who’s all in. I approach every case with the same level of intensity, strategy, and heart I would want for my own family. You won’t get vague promises or surface-level effor. You’ll get a fierce advocate who treats your case like it matters. Because it does.
I meticulously prepare for every case, no detail is too small to matter.
I stand firm against even the most powerful opponents, whether it’s insurance giants or corporate legal teams.
I lead with honesty and clarity, offering direct guidance backed by genuine care.
I approach every case as if my own family’s future is on the line, because to you, it is.
I’m not just here to fight, I’m here to win. My track record reflects relentless dedication, strategic advocacy, and a deep commitment to justice for those who’ve been wronged. These aren’t just numbers, they represent lives changed, voices heard, and futures restored.
Over $65 million recovered for clients
A reputation for taking on and winning the tough cases others avoid, including sexual assault and shooting cases
Multiple seven and eight-figure verdicts and settlements that speak to the strength of my advocacy
Book Daedrea to Speak
From courtroom wins to building businesses, all while raising two kids, my story isn’t about having it all together. It’s about making hard choices, leaning on my faith, and being honest about what it really takes to chase big dreams. I don’t just talk about the wins. I talk about the nights I stayed up working while my kids were sleeping, the moments I missed, and the lessons I’ve learned about what success actually means. My goal is to share the full picture, the real journey, so others feel less alone in theirs.
As an attorney, mother, and entrepreneur, Daedrea is no stranger to a packed schedule, but creating Kulture Karaoke was a passion project she made time for. Motivated by her love of music and her desire to honor and celebrate Black culture, she poured her creativity into developing a game that brings people together, sparks laughter, and celebrates heritage. For Daedrea, entrepreneurship is a way to lead, inspire, and give back to the culture that shaped her.
When I’m not fighting for my clients, you’ll find me:
Active member of multiple attorney organizations, continuously learning and advocating for justice.
Spending quality time with my kids, creating lasting memories.
Traveling to experience new cultures, perspectives, and inspirations.
Speaking at legal conferences on personal injury advocacy and the importance of justice.
Serving my community through initiatives like the Junior League of Atlanta and my sorority’s outreach programs, Alpha Kappa Alpha, making a lasting impact.
Supporting the next generation of lawyers through mentorship, career guidance, and encouragement — especially young women and aspiring attorneys of color.
